I realize the ACLU is not always popular in what it represents, but this is interesting information that may affect many of us, especially now that detention without charges is officially part of America's rule of law, since the USA Patriot Act.
In my effort to avoid political blame, please let me remind you that both parties have agreed to this and continue to expand the power over the people.
